Art to me is the freedom for my mind to wander from place to place.  The work that is left behind is a collection of ideas that I have stumbled upon.  I like to experiment with simple forms and shapes then build upon them with layers of paint or with painted cutouts.  Watercolor is currently my medium of choice, I really like the feel of the paper, and I enjoy the variety of results I am able to obtain by utilizing different salts and mediums in the process.  I’m not self-confined to any one type of style or medium and for me that freedom makes me a bit stronger with every new piece I create.
