I love to create. I get so bored and I feel that creating is the only thing that can cure me of my serious cases of boredom. I don’t really have a set concept other than in the end I better like what I have created. It better be something that I will remember. I try to apply universal meaning behind each one of my pieces, something that others can relate to. My ultimate goal is for my pieces to almost serve as a mental thumbnail image that when thought of, triggers strong emotion. I’ll start a piece and won’t stop until it is done and I am just hoping that each piece represents all the thoughts and feelings that went into it. I want others to feel those thoughts and feelings while viewing my artwork.

I have been doing art my whole life. I have always loved making and creating things. It has always been one of my dreams to be able to showcase my work in a gallery. Having somewhere to put my art is what I needed, I have thrown out and forgot plenty of work that I have done. I am also a little weird about representing where I have come from; meaning I owe it back to the places that have shaped me into an artist. Kenosha County has shaped me into an artist, and I like the feel of Lemon Street. I like what it represents, so I feel it is a perfect fit and start for me.
